Manuka Honey is a monofloral honey produced from the nectar of the Manuka tree. It grows uncultivated throughout both southeastern Australia and New Zealand. Manuka Honey has a strong flavour, characterised as “earthy, oily, herbaceous” and “florid, rich and complex”.
